Jessica Howell is the founder of ELEVATE x Marketing—an award-winning, women-owned and women-operated agency that has consistently been a finalist and winner for the American Marketing Association in Houston since 2023—helping brands grow with purpose, clarity, and authenticity. She is also the Executive Director of Houston Business Women, where she is deeply committed to building community, creating space for meaningful connection, and elevating women in every season of their professional journey.

Honored as one of the Top Women to Know in Houston in The KNOW Women’s inaugural Houston magazine, Jessica was featured for both ELEVATE x Marketing and the Houston Business Women Association®. She also had the privilege of taking the stage at KNOW’s FOCU$ED Conference, sharing insights on branding and authenticity alongside three other powerhouse women.

In 2025, Jessica hosted the Houston Business Women’s Summit—reviving one of the organization’s most celebrated events. The Summit featured an inspiring panel of speakers, a vibrant night of shopping, and powerful networking designed to unite and uplift women across Houston.

As a passionate advocate for women in business, Jessica proudly amplifies the Houston Business Women platform to create even more opportunities for Houston’s incredible businesswomen to connect, collaborate, and thrive. Her goal is to foster a stronger, more connected community where every woman has access to the support and resources she needs to succeed in her business journey.

Jessica is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University. Outside of work, she enjoys training for duathlons, exploring new destinations, and spending time with her son. She also serves as the Internal Communications Vice Chair for SPC Rodeo Houston.
